I don't work so I can go to bed whenever I want to in the end.

It must be awful having such bad sleep problems, but at least you can sleep when you're able.

I had insomnia for more years than I could tell You purposefulinsanity. So that is the major problem I had to deal with even sometimes medications don't work well enough sorry to say.

I'm lucky that my sleep problems aren't usuallly anywhere near as bad as that.  I hope that when you do finally get to go to sleep you manage to get a few good hours in.

Yeah, that won't have helped.  I know I always tend to go over and over stuff in my head way too much and its hard to switch off when you need to sleep.
