I really cant cook, so every time i try to make fish it falls apart turns into little fishy bite sized peices. I do like it though
Haddock, cod, whiting, others tend to fall apart but it doesn't really matter much. Well, you could use a thingie.
Um, a spatula?.. and turn the fish with the spatula under it and holding/touching the top side at the same time. Flip it carefully that way.
Kinda hope you learn to cook a bit, Eris. It's a nice hobby and healthy too of course. Pre-packed/deeply frozen/already prepared stuff tend to be miles apart from nice freshly made food. Suit self ofc.. but bet it..
