corrupt them?  nah - as long as it's not abusive, shag them senseless, and then suck out their brains with a straw, is my recommendation.

I have summed up the essential difference that not doing homework, studying for tests, and writing papers amounts to:  It will cost more money(and/or time) to get you where you finally want to end up, if you want to work anywhere but fast food resturants and retail outlets.  It wont destroy you, it wont ruin your life, it will just delay you.
