I think it;s the meds I've been on for a few months (clomipromine - apparently it is meant to be good for ocd)

I still have to shower whenever I go in the bathroom , but now I can do things like sit downstairs in my pyjamas and then go to bed afterwards without having to get changed. A few months ago I would have had to get changed and maybe even get another shower before I couldgo to bed. But now I can still sit on my bed in the same clothes I've been wearing outside etc.

That probably doesn't sound as good as I'm making it out lol, but it is. Hopefully I will eventually be able to go in the bathroom without getting a shower too. I've had proper OCD for 2 and a half years now tho so I guess it's not gonna go away over night
