I don't get these conspiracy nutters.
Now they say climate change is a financial scam. True to a limited extent on HOW they want to resolve the issue (milking a crisis for money with bogus taxes, as usual), but the reality of the situation is still a clear and present danger.
Some might be wondering: Oh why did temperatures drop a few decades ago then? Simple, it was because smog, aerosols and soot pollution from dirty industries with dust from nuclear testing, overwhelmed the warming effect of CO2 and imposed a global dimming effect. However when the Clean Air Act came in and nuclear testing stopped (as nuclear detonations near ground level, do cause displacement of large quantities of dust), this dimming effect was eventually lost and therefore the warming trend re-emerged.
Some may argue why are temperatures dropping after 1998, but in truth, they're still fluctuating pretty high even though lesser than 1998 levels. Also one important fact has been missing that would contribute to a cancellation of the warming trend is China's own 'industrial revolution', which is producing so much pollution, it's visible in space; and likely adding a global dimming effect which is helping to suppress the warming trend (without it, we'd already be fucked). God forbid if they adapt the Clean Air act, because ironically their pollution is almost negating a positive feedback warming trend.
