I think this is so fucking cool that an environmental method was used carefully and effectively to control an "alien invader" plant introduced by mistake to a fragile environment. The water hyacinth took over, creating a terrible problem for the area.

I heard an updating blurb on the television about this this morning while my wife was flipping the channels.

I can not seem to find the new story, yet, though.  WTF happened today!
