I'm assuming my ex is either at a concert tonight, is very sad because he's missing it, or will feel totally pissed and miserable if he finds out he missed it. (And if he's there, he may or may not be pissed at the acoustics/mics/whatever the fuck was screwing up the bands I saw there last night.)

Nah, it's a reasonable question. I don't
care so much as half-wonder if I'm right. I didn't memorize all the bands he liked, but when I was browsing concerts at this one particular place for bands I would want to go see, I did recognize it (as one he liked/was obsessed with, not one
I would want to see).
The mention of the shite acoustics is more my bitching about the concert I went to last night. CoCoulnd't make out more than every fifth lyrics the guy was singing unless you already knew them. Which was at least better than the opening act. Who played for. Two. And a half. Hours. I'm assuming the lead singer of the main band was either drunk, on drugs, or having a backstage panic attack, because that was definitely not what was supposed to happen (the friend I went with agreed; it wasn't normal, and it really seemed like it wasn't
supposed to happen, either.)
