i used to make drinks, cos i could fool myself they weren't real food. yoghurt, tahini, banana, honey, any other fruit lurking about, and whizz it all together with a blender, adding milk to thin it, if necessary, and oats if i couldn't force down an oatcake or two.
i like that sort of milkshake-y thing, anyway. and i always take vitamin/GLA supplements anyway.
