I just leave my humility switched on 24/7, because I make so many stupid mistakes.  For me, life with an ego is just too hard.  :(  I spent many years in Hell, and I couldn't survive another trip.

I STILL gotta poop. I have a real problem with this.
I hold it in. I think I'm savoring waiting.

Actually, usually it's just that I don't want to
have to deal with cleaning up. Sleep is the same
way though.

I look at it this way, I survived HELL parts 1 and 2, nobody or nothing is putting me back there or can put me back there! :grrr:  I was there for stupid mistakes I made and and a psycho family who kept throwing obstacles in my path until I finally washed my hands of them.  Having an ego is too big a piece of baggage to carry around, to survive hell and stay out of it, you need to travel "light".
