Our roads near here, in town, were clear. It is the roads that are in the outlying areas that are caussing problems.

We had a two hour delay. Seems strange, since they call off school at about three inches of snow. We had over a foot, but it came in two days and they got it cleared fast.

We would have had MUCH more, if it had not warmed up, towards the end of the first day. Much of it came down as rain on that day!

i have been away from the site for a long time as i had a very stressful (to me) job and did not feel able to be part of an internet forum.   I would like to spend a little time lurking around here again though as I can relax more now.

Which herb should I buy, ginger or chamomile tea.

Lets see, chamoile tea only brews part of herb and wastes the rest, however, if one ingestes too much chamomile, one will throw up.  Ginger makes me fuckn horny, has adaptogenic effects, and is a great antioxidant.  Ginger is a cheep ginseng for me.  Chamomile promotes sweating, releasing toxins through the skin, but ginger also is cleanser. Both help digestion, but ginger may just be cheaper, the powdered spice.
Ground it into a powder gives a greater surface area for enzymes to attack, resulting in faster digestion and absorption.
