You are always trying to find things wrong with me, worry about yourself, you need it more than I. Its like a shock to my pleasure center, I could take it or leave it. What I do with foods I crave is replace the bad habit with something else. Meditation makes me as high as ginseng, even gives me energy, and boost my immune system like ginseng. Ginseng is anabolic, meditation is not. Ginseng is rich in minerals, meditation provides none, but I don't need to have ginseng all the time to deal with life. It is fun, for awhile. I am wondering if should take back the concentrated ginseng pills in favor of some sea algae. The chlorphyll is energizing, its a sexual rejuvinator like ginseng also, an adaptogen, and rich in minerals like ginseng.
