I don't know what to do with my borage.  I've got it drying in the garage, but that stuff is prickly as hell, and just handling it is uncomfortable, so I dread to think what it would do to my gut if I ingested it.

borage is fab.  if you boil the leaves, some of the prickliness will go.  use the flower to reduce temperature (that's why they're used in Pimms), and they're also the source of starflower oil, whic his great for PMS.  probably not much use to if you can use enfleurage (i know - a bit difficult/technical), then use the resulting oil on your eczema, cos it cools it fabulously.

i can't think of a common use for the leaves, though - i'll check Mrs. Grieves and let you know.
