Bottled green tea is a scam, as it has no fat burning antioxidants in it. Sitting on the shelf decreases its value drastically, but maybe if they use light block bottles or something.
I just noticed the vitamin enriched cola, and that is a f u c k n scam also. I am guessing it doesn't have clinically significant amounts of nutrients in it, and its still the same phosphorus rich drink loaded with sugar and calories.
Milk is a scam, you don't need 3 glasses a day. In fact, I bet the calcium RDI is grossly overestimated. We don't actually know the correct amount needed. I was told you need the vitamin d3 in the milk, not all that f u c k n calcium. Its the lack of sunlight in the winter that causes you to get sick, as vitamin d is necessary for the immune system. I saw the studies, and I agree, I would take 1000IU a day. I do myself, and I am never sick, almost literally. If adults actually needed that shit, we would keep our lactase enzymes, and most of us don't. I don't apprear to have a problem with the lactose, infact, its the casein that pisses me off. I get mucus build up, and I have to keep snorting and spitting. Even ice cream, with a low amount of casein makes me want to spit, although, I should say spew! I JUST WANT TO GET AS HIGH AS POSSIBLE, SO I ELIMINATE ANYTHING THAT CAN DISRUPT MY MOOD, EVEN THE SLIGHTEST BIT! JUNKFOOD IS SHIT.
