emergency wasn't the right word. she has her hair washed/trimmed regularly but this time she wasn't able to go as soon as usually, so it got tangled and she had to have it done really short

here are some of the first ones. these are of Jes sin her little bed thing on top of her scratching/ climbing post

I see. Used to know someone with a long hair cat which wouldn't tolerate being brushed, so had to get him shaved every so often to prevent matting. Shaved cats are funny looking.
