I don't like zoos. It's horrible seeing those animals cooped up in fake conditions just so humans can have a gawk at them 
You should go to a jail and have a gawk at the prisoners... Hey that's an idea, they should do that and charge admission to help offset the cost of keeping them.

I'm a car guy. I don't give a shit about an animal if I can't eat it.
I don't expect you to memorise Australia's notable indigenous fauna... (Kangaroos, Koalas, Wombats etc...) but I would've thought you'd be able to recognise some of the key and most
well known indigenous animals of
Africa.
But then...I suppose Africa and Australia are similarly shaped.
