Unfortunately you can't see the shirt I'm wearing. It's a photo of Geronimo with several of his lieutenants. The caption over the photo reads: HOMELAND SECURITY: FIGHTING TERRORISM SINCE 1492.

Maybe that's why Harlan was being so nice. That, and I think he got a little sweet on my wifeperson.

Awesome T-shirt!

Geronimo is one of MY personal heroes, BTW.

The more I know the more I appreciate the Apache and Geronimo!

Here's a pic of me with one of my personal heroes

Which one is you?
The old guy or the really old guy?
I'd like to meet Ralf or Florian.

Good luck with that.  :P  Every journalist who's ever tried to talk to them has gotten absolutely nowhere. There's a video on YouTube of a fan trying to talk to Florian and Florian studiously ignoring him.

Here is my cat Pesky, who likes to sleep on my modem (and is doing so as I type this).

I came to this world with nothing
and I leave with nothing but love,
everything else is just borrowed.

Fuck it, we'll do it live.

Dogs are good at that. Cats not so much.  :P

Apprehension.....obviously

Delight?
I2 today is not i2 of yesteryear. It is a knitting circle. Those that participate be they nice or asshats know their place and the price to be there. Odeon is the overlord

Think it is I2 of old? Even Odeon is not so delusional as to think otherwise. He may on occasionally pretend otherwise but his base is that knitting circle.

Went really well. I was up on my feet three hours after the op and went to have something to eat.  :P
Unfortunately my blood pressure was low and I was not travelling too well and the nurses had me on oxygen that night.
I woke up at 2am and was going stir crazy so went wandering again. My friends (the one's with the vacuum) picked me up at midday.
Unfortunately I was crook for the rest of the day from the anesthetic
Next day I went for a 3 hour walk. Day after I was laid up from a spill (missed the seat - Yeah I know)
Couple of days later and I was at work
12 days after is now and the wounds are nearly healed and I guess the no lifting more than 2kgs (5 lbs) doesn't apply anymore because I managed to carry my 55 kg (121lbs) son from my bed where he fell to sleep to his bed.

Doing alright and actually feeling better than I have in over a year.
