Because that mannequin is from S. America.

I need to take my camera tomorrow. Saw such a funny window. Three mannequins, all male. One a goofy teenager with too big teeth, one a fat old Danny de Vito type, and a really sour looking man. Liked it a lot. Hope it is still there tomorrow.
I can do upside down chocolate moo things!

Because you Brits are in denial about how fat you really are.  :zoinks:

lol it's true though

They're all thin, attractive-looking if they have faces (we have a lot of creepy headless ones here) and have small boobs.

When if you look at most women walking past, they're a LOT bigger and a lot less attractive

and yes, take pics hyke. Also take more sirius and luna pics :P

Someone asked me what it was tonight and I said a shark came out of the river and bit me.

Or you were bitten by a dyslexic vampire.
Or a left handed vampire.  :dunno:

I dont get it. either of you. ???

Soph, you practice one of the techniques for taking a good picture that so many photographers overlook, focus and frame your subject.  So many people will take a picture of the whole plant to show the bloom rather than the bloom itself.  Get up close and personal with your subject, that's the key you've found.

:agreed:   The flowers are especially gorgeous in extreme close-up, I feel like a little bee approaching them!

I just use the same lense I got with the camera. I could barely afford the camera, nevermind another lense

Thanks QV. I'm not very good with the technical stuff and just do it as a hobby really, so I focus more on the framing and stuff rather than taking a technically good picture
