Yeah, me too. But still... there are times when I'd kill for a smoke, and if Flo provokes me enough, I know just whom I'd kill.

I quit one year and 14 days ago. Not that I'm keeping track or anything.

i had to tell the doctor how long i'd stopped for, yesterday, and i had to stop and work it out.  how bloody pleased with myself am i about that?

Congrats, you two.  My quit date is Friday (tomorrow is last day to smoke) and I'm doing it cold turkey.  I will keep you guys in mind for inspiration.

I take it this is where I sign up for fagash anonymous. I quit as soon as the small pack of drum i'm on runs out, probably friday. wish me luck an all, I'll probably need it...
