I downloaded The God Delusion and am listening to it at work...  man what a pompous asshole.

He is a proffessor at Awksfawd. Many of them are like that.

Well, at least it is a subject you may know something about.
Obviously, i mean being a pompous asshole, not about proffessors (sic).

I think I would know about the latter, given I have spent 5 days at the place. Obviously there are the odd proffesors there that are nice, but some are just total wankers. Dawkins in particular.

That's 0.076% of his life... surely that is long enough for him to come to a decisive conclusion about the place, and all the people in it.

Its not a matter of belief, its a matter of fact. Oxford values hard work over intelligence, where as I tend to be the other way around.

Intelligence should count for more. Oxford is full of the dim and highly educated that have peaked before they get there.

I know the people who applied, and out of those who got in from my school, I would say one out of the four deserved to. The other 3 were dim but hard working snobs.
