I'd be concerned if I thought ceasar heap was serious, but he's just trolling.  It does seem to go against established etiquette to threaten a member with abuse of your admin priveledges if they 1.  can't put whatever was changed back the way it was and 2. are kind of vulnerable, which richard seems to be.  However, I'd say give it a few days before you make your judgement.  He's still learning the admin panel.

I guess I'm one of the few people here that don't like the idea of admin. pulling pranks on people's accounts.  Oh well, If I resign, colondull becomes admin. by default, after all there wasn't much choice to vote for was there.   

The bottom line is, I just don't like the idea of pranks to begin with, especially when it comes from people who should know better.  The picked on becoming the tormentors. 

Ah, I love the smell of hypocrisy in the morning.
