The blog is mine. The news articles, mainly, are not. I tend to republish stuff from SchNEWS a lot - fucking good activist newsletter, and funny.  8)

the labor actions in france seem to be with the unions and the government on the same side.
do they have perverse unions in france or what?

Reread the article McJ. The unions were helping the police round up unofficial protesters. Fucking cunts - self serving bureaucrats in the union hierarchy no doubt. No big picture.  ::)

wouldn't you agree that a union should look out for the welfare of all working class people?

I would. I would also argue that a union should be governed from the bottom up, and act in a decentralised manner. i.e.Syndicalism.

I assumed you were kidding. We have a small house full of crap that needs sorting out so space is a bit of a shortage, and we have an alsation cross who moults everywhere - he sheds all over before we even finish with the vac. So a tolerance for dog hair is essential.  ;D

Why would you want to come to this town anyway? Its a rundown shithole, full of chavs and smackheads. :P
