When I was in hospital I was encouraged to drink those weird food drinks because I didn't eat enough. I thought I was eating enough. But I guess because I didn't care, I was not thinking about my health.

i wish i had food anhedonia because if i didn't care about food i would just go wthout it a lot of the time and i'd be skinny. when i took speed i only ate when i started to feel woozy and tired. and then i'd only eat like a coupla fruit. i miss that not caring thing.

Yeah I seem to only like certain types of food and get absolutely no taste from others.   I get zero enjoyment from pretty much everything when I am really depressed.   All I feel like is sleeping and being alone.

Sleeping would be nice, if you can, and being alone seems to be quite expensive, but worth it.

I tend to under-eat, and often only eat when I start getting a headache from my blood sugar dropping.  Eating's usually a chore for me.

At best I normally eat 2 meals a day.   On really bad days I sleep forever and might eat one meal (I try to save that for the weekends).    I have quit many a job due to depression and not wanting to go back.  Then I just go back to sleep, turn off my cell and close the blinds.
