i get the same symptoms when i'm badly depressed.  i hesitate to say that i have anhedonia per se, though - i'm not into diagnosing every little twitch and quirk and sticking a label on it.

(not saying you are, peter, btw).

It's been a pretty constant, life-long thing for me, separate from my bouts of depression, but often compounding them and probably a major contributing factor to them.

I have some symptoms, but I also believe it is tied to my level of depression at any one time. On the best of days, though, I take little pleasure in eating, because I can't taste most foods, but that's something different.
Yesterday in the eve, in an almost childlike way, I took an extreme pleasure in going to a street festival with live music, despite the rudeness of the crowd, crappiness of the sound, hideous smells of instant foods prepared on the sidewalks, and heat of the day. I get pleasures from the things I love.

Yes, i consider it to be symptom of depression.
After long periods like that, then Prozac has always sorted me out in the past, i guess i am lucky.

I have had anhedonia off and on throughout,my life, it  mainly occurs during depressions, has really held me back in life and i have passed up many good opportunities because of it
