If you are sober enough hours of the day to do that then fine.   I say use an overpass and fill a toilet with potting soil and drop it on a car.   That or snipe from trees or building tops that are near the highway with a pellet gun.   I have always enjoyed paintball guns, they seem to annoy people enough without me getting arrested.   5lb sledge used at street level in traffic is just asking to be caught and taken to prison immediately.   The closest to a 5lb sledge I have done was use a tire iron on someone's driver side window.    Potato cannons are excellent as well, but require more setup and are less than impulsive.

Probably because they were trying to share the
same damned 6" of pavement that I was using.
