I was at work cleaning the men's restroom and as I was emptying out the trash, I find a purse in there and I thought someone had thrown it away because the zipper was busted and it had a bunch of garbage in it.l But I looked in there to see what kind of trash it was and saw it was no trash, I saw a checkbook in there, car keys, lipstick, social security number card and I know knew who on earth would throw away their checkbook and car keys and social security number? So I put it in the blue bucket and I didn't know what to do about the purse situation. I figured some dumbass got mad at his lady and took her purse and threw it away. I tell another co worker about the purse and he looks at it and tells me it was stolen and cash was taken from it and thrown away. Why didn't I figure that out? There was no credit cards in it and I did see an empty wallet in it but couldn't connect the dots figuring out duh, someone stole the purse and raided it for money and threw it away. The co worker took it down to housekeeping and gave it to our boss and she gave it to the security. I'm sure the woman reported her purse stolen and the security will take it in to the police and they will notify the lady her purse was found at a hotel by an employee.
Another thing I noticed yesterday (July 6th), I was in the locker room talking to my dad on my cell phone having a little break and I happened to have the bus schedule book on the bech with me in front of me, the back cover facing up and I see $3.50 in the top left corner. Thursdayl, I was buying a new bus pass for this month and I see the bus schedule books along with the other bus brochures and thinking it was free, I take one and put it in my purse and then I see yesterday i had stolen it because it had a price on the back. What a bad girl I am. Now I have to return it and pay for it or put it back.
