As for music, it depends on what I am in the mood for.  I have some relaxation tapes, and some stimulating music ( basically to cause agitation, not necessarly in bad way.).  I love drums, they seem to get me going.  I bought some cd and a player just when I learned I had to be in the mood to tollerate music. I am a classical mussic nut. I like to concentrate on the music only, because I feal that has the most benefit, for what I am in the mood for.  I have Halo soundtrack,( its a game for xbox)which is to get me to go nuts.  I rest are for relaxation.  Voyage to harmony, Chakra's dream, spritual healing, and mind and spirt.  I should get more, especially the stimulating ones.  I have some on my computer that are stimulating.

I think you got the wrong idea.  I am not doing blunts, like my sister, these are health promoting herbs.They boost mental performance, immunce system, and help escort garbage out of my system.  I noticed an improvement, after the detox symptoms are gone.  I have noticed some of these detox symptoms are in my head, because relaxation exercise take care of them.  I want a girlfriend, a  job, and go to college.  I am taking the natural route towards getting these things, which means getting  my issues taken care of.  I also have fuckn cancer, and its in remission, I want it to stay that way.  I am trying to make myself as good as a catch as possible.  I am about ready for a job and some college courses, without meds.

It the healthy things in general. ?The herbs cannot replace a healthy diet, they are inconjunction with. I just started with those things, and was not using them for the first three years. If I live two more I have a 50 percent chance of survival of cancer. I want my life in full gear, and I want it ?fuckn now, this is why I keep trying with all the shit. So that means, be extreme as I possibly can. I have already wasted 23 years of my life, with nothing, not even a friend. ?My mom has been bugging me to have children, get a job, and go to college. ?My hard work is getting me there. ?Pretty soon I am going to actually look for a job and take some college courses, (CCRI) that are being offered at the Westerly High School. ? I might need meds to controll this fuckn truama issue of the  stupid shit I keep doing,  I loose my compassion, and get people mad.  I have lots of consideration otherwise. I am starting to wonder if I have controll, because it does not matter how good my mood is. I am not supposed to wonder, my therapist neglected to tell me, again. Not shit, not gas and most definately not constipation.  I can assure you, taking a shit is almost as quick for me as taking a piss (and no, it doesn't come out as diarrhea).  There is however a great deal of food and liquid in my stomach in that pic, plus more food working it's way through my lower digestive tract, all of which gave me a somewhat bloated look.  Since I have a very high-fibre diet, with lots and lots of raw fruit and veg, my meals tend to be rather on the bulky side, and with eating a lot more than usual with my current training, it's straining even my volumous alimentary canal.

Here's me tonight, about 6 hours past my last meal and looking rather less bloaty, if somewhat scruffy and unshaven.
