I may allow a drop addition to my diet, if the info I read proves to be true. Humans can conserve potassium and sodium real well if they get low. I will not comment on your ass, but comment on your upper body.. They were on the right track. I would not want my muscles too big, infact moderate seems ideal. The theory states big muscles coke off blood supply to them, so endurance is reduced. I just want to be in shape that is all, but I bulked up anyway. Right now I got alot of water in my stomach, so my abs are not defined. It will take a while for my kidneys to excrete that. That is the advantage my own webcam, I can take the pics when I don't have gas, water, or alot of food in my stomach.
