Oh, and over $300 for tickets to see Big Time Rush in concert in Birmingham Alabama. It's for her birthday and PA and I figured everyone should go to a concert at least once in their lives.
They're 8 rows from the stage and come with a VIP loungs pass and a VIP parking pass.
That's an awesome present. If they are a loud band, foam earplugs will help.
NOT COOL CBC! you do NOT go to a concert and than put in EAR PLUGS! LOUDNESS is part of it [and dont get me started on sound quality]
also hyke. next time take them to see summthin more.... well how do i put this... hardcore.
I do know what Big Time Rush is, because of having kids. Seen glimpses of them on TV, in a horribly dubbed series. But, thank goodness, it is not music my kids would choose to play.
When my youngest was 6, she was invited for a BD party, and, all girls were asked to bring their favourite CD. The girls brought K3 and Jan Smit, all of them, except my girl. She brought Herman Brood with her. She made the day of the father of the girl. The two of them were the only ones enjoying Brood though. They both disliked the rest of the music brought to the party with a passion.
Tastes of my kids somehow never coincided with the music taste of the kids around them.
My oldest horrified the girl next door by liking the Cure at age 4, instead of the same K3 again......
Think they will be all right.
