31.5 gallons gas at one dollar off with a coupon for about $63.00

10 gallons of gas for $1.49 per gallon.

That is so cheap.

Winn-Dixie grocery has a program where you get 5 cents off a gallon of gas for every $50 you spend there, including pharmacy purchases.  Since it's only 7 blocks away and where I buy the marked down items and regular stuff it doesn't take long to rack up a sizable discount. The offer is good for one fill-up a month, max 20 gallons at a participating Shell Station.  Gas was $2.09 a gallon there and I had 60 cents off per gallon.  The Matrix only takes 13 gallons.

That's how we get the coupons too but from Stop and Shop.  My truck has a 35 gallon tank though

I am beside myself with how much I have spent, recently.

"Spending"  is not actually the problem; we are flush, and then some more. What the problem is, is that I have no idea how to use some of this stuff I have bought. Sure, the laptops and the camcorders are no problem, but WTF am I going to do with DOG?!?

YES!!!

I NOW HAVE A DOG!

GAWD, I have missed having a dog!

WTF am I going to do with a dog?

Yes. I seem to react badly to most furry things.

Edit: And I love dogs and usually dogs love me. I can get along with just about any dog, every time.

It seems a waste of a real gift that you can't have a dog, given your rapport with them.
Might it be worth it to go on daily prescription antihistamines?   ???

I've thought about that but it's not a very good solution. I'd want something a bit more permanent--who knows what antihistamines will do to you in the long run?

It's a shame. Maybe you could find a hypoallergenic breed of dog.   :chin:
