Gefilte fish are over-rated. I suspect we'd choose sushi if we have the choice to change one culinary tradition.

I love a moist fruit rich fruitcake, one with very little batter. And whole cranberry sauce. Have you tried a peanut butter, bacon and cranberry sauce on good quality whole wheat toast sandwich?
