Yeah pretty much, but I don't consider it finished until I have all my software re-installed and all my setting transfered over.

But yeah, I was almost crying cos the heat sink fan was a total bitch hole to get on, I thought I was never going to get it on or at least break the motherboard trying. But I finally got it on and destroyed the muscles in my arms in the process. Now they hurt like hell and I can't pick up anything moderatly heavy.
