Bought a soundtrack - a re-released Star Trek 2 score with all kinds of extra stuff. It's by James Horner who's no longer with us but left a lasting legacy.

He did sometimes borrow from his earlier works but this one is pretty damned good. Horner was awesome.

If you can find it, "Battle Beyond the Stars" is great, as is "Brainstorm".

A friend is downsizing and auctioning off stuff at his warehouse, he had this wild painting I loved painted by this artist in Chambersburg, Pa he bought at a gallery show....this guy...
