No but I am seeing a person from the 'Employee Support Services' via work,
which is a kind of counselling/psychology service.  Each employee is entitled to 16 sessions

We have been working on my anger management techniques - evidently a lot more work needed!  :D

I have seen psychologists, psychiatrists and counsellors in the past, so I am familiar with the drill

I can be nice and respectful when I want to be online (or if I think that the person deserves it, regardless of whether I like the person or not).
