All you do is cardio?
You have to warmup first, to reduce injury risk. I would also be nice if you cooled
down after your cardio session. All that exercise is going to make muscles tighter and less flexable.
Do you stretch after your session?
No strength training?
That is true. Really, I should've streched after I've finished. But, oh well: nothing learnt, nothing gained.
If you know of some good, easy to do cool-down techniques, I'll greatly appreciate it.
I am good at making clever comments and being annoying, but I am much better at being nice.

As for my chosen career, well... let's just say for now that I have grand designs in mind but hard to define into words, if you get my meaning.
