No, though this is a harder case, as he
plays a bit closer to the vest. Frankly, I
think that he was doing a pretty good
job, until someone made an attack that
hurt him. Then, he reacted like a wounded
cat.

I think that he's turned into one.  Same with Quatermass.

QM is funny. He might come the closest to the definition,
as  he's always whining and wheedling for more direction.
Again, he has an opinion. I think that it's hard for their to
be sychophants, without direction.

But, 'tis hard to judge. Some may well see my communications
in that kind of light. I use subtle means to achieve what I believe
in.
