Probably the laundry facilities right nearby, though the awesome fridge and luxuious, mattress-like carpet are a close second! :lol:

Sadly, yes, I was forced to one night when someone several stories above my apartment turned on their a/c, which ws directly above mine, and the dripping noise was keeping me awake. The a/c has since been moved to my living room.
