Lest one think that we have deteriorate culturally, both the exterior of the Notre Dame Cathedral and Greek statues were originally painted.  As far as is known, there is no link, merely bad taste.

Due to the rain, and my bicycle (ATB) not having mudguards (or fenders) on it, I 'was forced' to walk to a supermarket in order to get me my groceries this afternoon. It's almost undo-able to hold an umbrella up on my bike also.. so, fine, I walked.. and did this about 5 times the last week. Blah, but yesterday after I did so I got muscular pains in my calves.. and this afternoon, those parts of my legs started to cramp up and made me walk, well, oddly. I normally have a bit of a soldier's pace, quite routine-like and rhythmical but ja, not so today.  :sexymush:

Some raw milk cheeses from France (probs other places as well) have literally 1000s and 1000s of tiny cheese mites in them.

Jesus C, just saw a 'microscopic' clip (of extremely zoomed-in 'moving pictures') of it and.. ja, that's frikkin' and utterly gross.

On very old maps a stream went though the very back of my yard.  The stream is not there anymore but when there is very heavy rainfall and the pipes they ran the stream  in clog up I can get up to two feet of water back there, twice it has knocked down the fence

There are about 5000 graves under the New Haven green which had been used as a cemetery until 1821 when they moved the head stones but left the bodies like in Poltergeist and made it a park and like the movie people see ghosts there

Burying underground seems so weird to me.  The only family member who is underground is my Dad who's buried in a military cemetery.  Everyone else is above ground.  However, my father-in-law was cremated and his ashes spread in a bayou.

Burial anywhere seems weird to me. Better burn the corpse, the space is needed.

You can only buy a grave here for ninety five years.

Churchyards give you a lot more time, but of course they were all full up a long time ago.

Cremation makes sense.

Staying alive is my plan, though. :zoinks:

So what happens when the 95 years are up?  :zombiefuck:  And does that apply to ancient graves, or just newer ones?

My mom was scattered in the stream she played in as a kid.

My dad on top of a huge hill were the white trillum bloomed overlooking the farm he grew up on.

2 years after we scattered his ashes, his brother told us he dug them up and moved them to were "he" wanted them. I'm sure there was nothing to "dig up" by that time, except maybe some drama. Family. :zombiefuck:
