I was on one called celexa or something, it TOTALLY NUMBED MY GENITALS.

I would try and try and try and no matter what I couldnt get off

Germany had no speed limits outside towns and cities until 1976. In 1975 seat belts in the front seat became compulsory. Since most Germans refused to obey the law, the German Bundestag lowered the speed limit on roads that weren't Autobahns to 100 kmph. In the beginning there weren't any tickets on driving without a seat belt either.

The worst peace treaty that a state was ever forced to sign and still remaining independent was probably the treaty of Trianon on the 4th of June 1920. Hungary had to cede about 72% of its territory to Czechoslovakia, Romania and Yugoslavia. A small area was also ceded to Austria shortly thereafter.
