They are called "oorworm" in Dutch, and "Knieptang" in my dialect. The latter means "pincer". I like that name.  :arrr:

Yes they will work to the rated wieght.  I took them out of my old ones in hopes of making toe guards for when I work in crawl spaces to keep the newer ones in better shape
