The day I heard Mandela was set free, I was in a meeting with a guy who was born on the very day Mandela was imprisoned.
That made time very visual.

Try to see all your thoughts at once, without thinking on them. Don't know if that makes sense to you. They may start spinning so fast that your mind clears itself for a while.
