In Czech, "fact" is spelt f-a-k-t and pronounced "fucked".

In Swedish it's "faktum" in singular and "fakta" in plural just like in Latin.  8)

Joseph Goebbels had his name in gold on all his cigarettes.

Winston Churchill had a tobacco plantation in Cuba; his cigars were made by Romeo y Julieta especially for him and imported to Britain by Dunhill.

The last German to get the Knight's Cross with diamonds was general von Saucken who held the mouth of the Vistula river in West Prussia until the capitulation. He got it on the 8th of May, the very capitulation day. He spent 10 years in Soviet prisons and prison camps, despite the fact that he was never convicted for any real war crimes. He got 10 years just for commanding German troops and he despised the Nazis. The original sentence was 25 years in prison camp.

There was a Grand Cross of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross (typically German lengthy name  :P ); Blücher got it in 1814 and Hindenburg got it in 1918. They were personally designed for them. Hitler planned to re-introduce it after the war to people who had made exceptional efforts. There's only a prototype of it and it's in the war museum at West Point.

Göring got the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross with golden Oak Leaves, Swords and Diamonds after the victory over France in 1940. He was the only one who got the decoration with golden Oak Leaves. All other got them in silver. You got Iron Crosses step by step; to get the Iron Cross First Class, you'd first have to get the Second Class. To get the Oak Leaves, you'd first have to get the Swords. To get the Diamonds, you'd first have to get the Oak Leaves. Et cetera.

The cowardly cunts who made the post-war German laws prohibited the heroes from WWII to wear their Nights Crosses, since there is a swastika on them.

I was once told by a carnival "palm reader"  that I don't have a lifeline. She kept telling me to relax my hand, but I was as relaxed as I could be.

She finally found it and said that it was extremely long, too long, but it was broken in three places. She said that it meant that my life has ended and re-started twice already. I almost fell out of the chair, because that is true.

I wonder when the next break will occur.   :-\

Only thing I ate today was flax seed, but I feel pretty calmn, sedated enough now to lie down.

4 grams of glutamine and .9grams of fish oil over 2 grams of glutamine and  .3 grams of fish oil.  Both doses of fish oil were encentric coated to 3  times better absorption.

I might be enough to cause aurosal, and its seems like it might.  I have monitored these states a few times, so I can see patterns.  I wanted to program myself, and or a suitable mate.

Its 1:51pm here right now.

Probably burning fat .  I felt a bit weak at first, but now I am feeling energized.  I just misspelled a word  to, maybe its from not eating or something.  I fixed the word "week" to "weak".  I must not be a word I favor either, especially in this time. "It", again, preventing a potientally disturbing though I guess, by right hemispheric activity, my minor hemisphere.

I didn't do it on purpose, I guess.  Some of these things go preconsciously.  I just stuffed my face with vegetables and ship, went right through me like water.

I currently weigh 65kg.

HOLY (fucking) SHIT!!

(that seems to be the expression de jour)

I have you by almost half - thirty kg. Right now, I'm ninety five and a quarter kilograms. Last summer I was swimming, kicking the bag a lot, almost running during my morning constitutionals, lifting many heavy things at work, eating mostly fresh vegetables and fruits - I was down below my "fighting weight" from my teen years at 84.8 kilograms (My wife took pics, but I don't think i will post them, even though I have considered the bragging rights available to me from cultivating a decent set of abs, being so "old," disgusting  and all). I had not felt so healthy in some time!!  Putting twenty five pounds (actually over ten kg   :hide:) back on during the falll and winter has showed me some thing about how weak I have become to the expectations of food - even though it has not helped, but hurt me, instead. SAD is a bitch, for real.

When I was in high school (at eighteen), I boxed on teh school team, but I had trouble keeping my weight below the "Heavy Weight"  category. I was usually a pound or two over the break point, when match time came. That always made me the lightest "Heavy Weight"  to compete.  I won a few matches, but I would have done much better in the lighter weight category. I was fast and no one ever hit me, not even once, in a match, so my wins were technical, but not KOs. It was points based and I scored more points by landing clean blows, even though the guys were so much bigger than I was that i could barely hurt them. I could not hurt most of them, except to slow them down even more than they already were which allowed me to place my punches even more precisely and keep them from breathing.

The only way to beat a guy who is faster than you is to keep moving, block him effectively and dance around, not letting him take away your breath with his best punches. Only problem is that when the faster guy has more stamina, you will still run out of breath and slow down even more as he begins to plant even better punches into your vast midsection. I enjoyed the chaos of the boxing ring almost as much as I did the deliberateness of baseball.

I promise this time, though, if I get back to my fighting weight this summer, I will post a pic.
It's really fucked up that i have let myself go so badly in the past few months.

My grandfather weighed 48.5 kilos or a little over 100 lbs on the 1th of March 1935, age 14. I have his old note book from school.
