One cigar a day won't increase the risk of getting cancer very much. Just more of Big Brother's lies to make us feel uncomfortable.

The sad truth is that it is more likely to be your genetics that increase the risk of any cancer than increasing the activity. I had a friend that only smoked cigars every now and again and he eventually had to have something removed from his mouth.
