Apparently one 32 year old woman is "lured" by the promise of a 16 year old boy, but I don't know if we will be seeing her on Dateline any time soon.

Do they ever get actual 14 year olds coming to meet up with their fake 14 year olds?  And if so, do they get tasered and arrested?  Or do the producers get charged with grooming if that happens?

It would be pretty amusing to chat up one of the decoys, get the address and then call a pizza delivery for it.
