Don't try and figure it out! Lit ran away in a tantrum, and every time someone says something that sounds like what he would say, a joke is made about it.
That's my take on it anyway...I'm a bit out of the loop here at the moment, but that's the best answer I can come up with for you so you don't feel insulted if a reference is made to him. 
Eclair is right. Many jokes will pop up if someone mentions anal sex, scat play, rimming, guns, explosives, fifteen year olds, dissing your country or anything that could be associated with him. He has been accused of some nefarious misdealings with his powers as administrator here and he never addressed the accusations, appropriately. He just became insulting and left. He will be the butt of many jokes.
