You know, it is incredible.  Ok, I know I can be acerbic.  I can sound arrogant.  etc...  Hey, a lot of people here have been the same way at times.  And I probably wrote a post similar to this one.

Now I find a real jerk, one of the few ironically that has no trait or strength I admire, has used a derogatory term against me that is not true.  He posted it elsewhere, and apparently didn't want me to know.  Ironically, the last person to use such a term against me was kicked out of a school for being caught in an act proving that it fit him.  I have a stepbrother that is MR, and he has a better handle on people and courtesy than that detractor.

That detractor also says I think I am "better than everyone".  I certainly never claimed that, and don't even think that.  Not even when just looking at just the people on this site.  Heck, we all have strengths and weaknesses.  I have openly stated some of my weaknesses.  And lacks of strength.

Just off hand, I have mentioned how I admire sopho's knowledge of history, and her zeal.  Lab pet has eidetic memory, and is great with chemical science, etc....  Steel maiden with her ability to quickly do math.  Yet another person spoke of a strikingly strong schematic eidetic memory.  I have spoken to a few that own nice businesses that bring in a lot of money doing things they find easy and fun.  I don't mean to break them down to one trick ponies, etc...  They can all certainly do more than that.  And I know others here can do those same things, and/or others. 

I also mentioned how some here spoke of doing things that might lead you to believe they weren't so smart, so I will have to reconsider things.  Frankly, the revelation of AS, and my time on this site, has caused me to reassess many things. 

I haven't even said anything against anyone here on SSI, except that person.  I know there can be real problems, etc...  If I had to put up with what lab pet does, for example, I would probably quit and go on SSI.  I admire labpets persistence.  She does her job well enough that she gets some allowances, and pushes through the other problems.  The few times a year I get VAGUELY similar problems pale in comparison.(Capitalized for emphasis.)

And with those that seemed discouraged, or complained of a lower IQ, etc... I tried to give encouragement.  I tried to give help when I could.  Frankly, I think some of you, maybe even those of you that hate my guts, would really like me, and get along with me if you met me.  And I already think I like some of you, including nearly everyone that has ever PM'd me.

And when you spoke of some problems, even EMBARASSING(emp) ones, I often chimed in saying I had the SAME problems. 

I only WISH(emp) I felt I was better than all of you.  I try to be honest with myself.  I would have to be a LOT(emp) better before I would claim such a thing. 

Anyway, I know I overdo the capitals.  Old habits die hard.  If you feel you have something against ME, please PM me here.  I will try to change my ways, or assuage your concerns.  If you have something against the board as a whole, maybe you can post it under here so we can ALL improve.

Anyway, I could accept that from almost any other person on this board.  That guy writing that post is like a 2yo that couldn't add 2 and 2 saying that einstein felt he was better at math than anyone else!  And you know.  I bet even EINSTEIN would have readily admited that some people were better with various parts of math than he was.

I do like him.  He has a trait that I admire very much.  He is a survivor.  He has dealt with a lot of bad things in his life, maybe things that neither you nor I would be strong enough to deal with.  If our government has finally decided after two years that he is sufficiently disabled to qualify for SSI, then maybe his life can finally be a little easier and I think that's great.

Question:  What does (emp) mean?
