No no, I hardly see them because we all work and I never talk about my B&J obsessions with them, nor Spokane. They are going to remodel 90% of their house so they need me to move out already by Novemember or December. At least they're nice enough to start with the basement first to take stress off me so I have more time to find a place to live. I hate application fees.

I have no clue. I got screwed by it once.
Most places just ask for more money down.
I'd rather do THAT then pay the $30 or so
though. Presuming that, like in NY, it gets
put in an interest bearing account. But, things
are different here - all kind of stupid fees too.
