I don't know what stiu is. It's been a while since I dug it out. I have been pooping without having to use enemas to get it all out. If there was lot of it, I'd use enema to get it all out because I was cramping and it wasn't coming out. Now it comes out on it's own without having to use any laxatives. Feels I can't hold it so I head for the bathroom. I won't mess myself at work or out in public. If the poop is too hard and it's all in one piece, it's impossible to dig out because it hurts. It's pushing the poop against my anus and it hurts so the enema does it. It loosens everything up and it comes out.
I didn't dig much out when I dig it out on my own. If it was a lot inside, I'd use a enema.
