actually i probably would, if it landed me in trouble, or if i didn't believe what i'd said or done, and it was just for show.  most of the time, though, my "arrogance" is forgetting that most people don't like a smart alec.

either that, or it's deliberate, for my own entertainment (and others, if they find it amusing).
