Leftover spaghetti bolognaise with cheese...toasted.
Leftover taco filling with a slice of tomato and cheese...toasted.

Rissoles and tomato sauce on white bread...not toasted!

I use tartar sauce on a sandwich whenever I can, in place of mayonnaise! Why not?   :thumbup:

Peanut butter and bacon with jelly (I prefer apricot) on a hearty wheat bread.

Mature or old Gouda cheese, with honey mustard is great on a sandwich.



Mature goat cheese and fig marmalade or fig chutney on dark bread. :drool:
