Unfortunately it looks like a case of sex (or the possibility of sex) comes into the equation and consideration for friends goes out of the window. Try not to be too hard on them though- people want sex and don't always make the best judgments when it comes into the picture.
I presume she's only dating one of them? What's the other one doing whilst he's talking on the phone with her- is he ignoring you?
